Sialkot has exported surgical instruments and sporting goods for over a century. Pakistan Knife Factory (PKF) was founded to do the same for chef knives — to bring workshop-grade blade craft directly to Pakistani kitchens, without the import markup and without the middleman.

Our story.
Sialkot produces 70% of the world's surgical instruments and a substantial share of its hand-stitched footballs. The city's tradition of precision metalwork — forging, grinding, polishing — is among the finest on the planet. Yet most Pakistani kitchens used imported knives or cheap stamped blades from local bazaars.
Pakistan Knife Factory was built to close that gap. We hand-forge every blade from high-carbon stainless steel, grind and mirror-polish each one in our Small Industrial Area workshop, and ship directly to the customer. No importer, no wholesaler, no retailer markup. The result: a workshop-grade chef knife set at PKR 6,700 — a fraction of what an equivalent imported set costs.
What we make.
Our signature two-piece set includes an 8-inch full-tang chef knife and a 3.5-inch paring knife. Both blades are hand-forged, hand-ground, and mirror-polished. Handle options: sapphire-blue acrylic resin (hand-poured, no two sets identical) or natural teak wood. Every set ships in a satin-lined black presentation box — ready to use or ready to gift.
Where we ship.
We ship via TCS, Leopards and M&P to every city in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, and hundreds of towns and tehsils in between. Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping is always free. Payment in advance via EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
